Download-Area only with 15 Posts.

Hey together.

Just wondered why the Download-Area is only aviable for people who already posted 15 answers?

For people like me who don't understand poland it's not that easy to get these 15 posts...
And here're not very much topics in english were people like me can answer or talk with...

It'll be great if someone will reply to this topic...
Cause i think it's an important thing for every english-speaking-user.

Yes, you must have 15 accept posts, but you can write in English we know in English so so

We've decided to introduce some new things on forum. One of this is just posts limits. It's meant for new users, which don't know how to behave oneself. They are abusing many things e.g spam, flood, etc. If you are a good user, you have to write 15 inteligent posts, and than you're "clean"

Of course it's a good decision for stopping spam etc.
And of course i wanna be a good user.... but know it's the question... WHERE can i (as an english speaking user) write some intelligent posts? =)

I think it'll be a nice idea if you're opening an "english section", where english-speaking-users can talk about ETS etc.

You can write answers in topics, like "Screeny" (Screenshots from games). But be responsible.
